From the Property Committee

Yard Sale!!!!
In the front yard between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm Saturday, May 22, hosted by the Property Committee.
We will be selling some antiques and collectibles including an oak center-post dining table, sewing cabinet, some Griswold skillets, a few 100-year-old leather-bound books, fishing lures, golf clubs, kids’ toys and a whole lot more. We will also attempt to sell the Grasshopper riding mower, lightly used (312 hours), and has new blades.

We will be collecting items at the church Tuesday through Friday, times to be posted in the Herald. (Tentatively 2:00 pm to 6:00 Tuesday and Friday; 2:00 to 8:00 on Wednesday and Thursday)

If you need items picked up, please contact Rick Mann (248-685-7527 or 248-496-3490 or mannandrolls@beesky.com). We will arrange a time to pick the item(s) up.

A volunteer sign-up sheet is placed on the Information Counter; please consider coming and participating for a couple hours.  We will need help in collecting, pricing, tent set-up, set-up, selling and teardown. If you have a tent that we can borrow, that would also be helpful.

If you would like to rent some space to sell your own items, please contact Rick Mann. We will rent a space for $15.00.

The proceeds will be put to use on repairs on the church building and parish house. 10% will be given to the General Fund. Unfortunately, Thrivent is not providing congregational matching funds this year, so we need as much as you can give.

We are able to provide a donation receipt for your donated items.
