Council Minutes - February

• Pastor Pamela presented the WOW award to Pastor Dave and Lori.
  
  
• Prior to the meeting, council and guests toured the South Lyon Theatre, which is under consideration for housing the South Campus. After a discussion on the building, an abbreviated council meeting was held.
  
  
• Pros and cons were discussed regarding the use of the theatre. • Written reports submitted by WAMO and Congregational Life.
  
  
• A “Cleanout Shindig” will be held on Saturday, May 3.
  
  
• E-Poll results: Request for additional sanctuary lighting not approved.
  
  
• The org chart will define who each small group leader is responsible for when it is completed.
  
  
• The Mt. Zion grant request for funds for both the preschool and WAMO is due March 15.
  
  
• Rick will give JoEllyn Bernardin a copy of the existing church insurance through Church Mutual for her to review.
  
  
• Kathleen Waligura volunteered to be a delegate to synod assembly.
