Council News - Property

To all groups and committees of All Saints Lutheran Church:

Please take some time over the next couple of months to check if you have any items still boxed up in the Parish House, storage room or the garage. Are they still needed? Are they useful?

The Property Committee is planning a clean-up and get organized party tentatively on Saturday, May 3, 2008. We would like to find missing items which were packed a few years ago and never unpacked, remove the clutter from the storage room, garage and Parish House, and organize what we need to keep in easily findable locations. Anything that is deemed of no use will be either sold, donated, or thrown away.

It would also be helpful if other areas in the church could likewise be scrutinized.

Our goal is to have a somewhat orderly facility, so that we don't have to trip over things or spend all day searching for needed items. Also we would like to allow Pastor Pamela and Gunnar to have a place for them to have storage without fear that it might be rummaged through or damaged while someone is trying to locate a stored item.
