Congregational Life You're Invited to a Very Special Meal Our “Love Feast” or Agape Meal will be March 20th, beginning at 6:30. This special meal is intertwined with the Maundy Thursday service. “Agape” is Greek for unconditional love. In the early days of the church, people gathered to remember that wonderful things Jesus taught and share a meal, together with Holy Communion. The Agape Feast is a chance to connect with those early traditions as we await Easter. We will be catering chicken and potatoes. If you can, please sign up to bring salad, vegetable, or pop, to complete our meal. We look forward to celebrating the Agape Meal with you! Lenten Potlucks are beginning! We will be continuing our tradition of Lenten potlucks on Wednesday nights. We can nourish our bodies and the Lenten service will nourish our souls. Potlucks start February 13th, at 6:30. We share a light meal-- soup, salad, sandwiches and even a few desserts -- before centering on the 7:30 service. Rather than having a sign up sheet, we suggest bringing what you’re moved to share. Most importantly, bring yourself!
