Wednesday Morning Women's Bible Study

The Wednesday Morning Women’s Bible Study invites you to come and discuss The Shack by Wm. Paul Young.

Coffee and tea will be on and we will meet in the library off the Sanctuary on Wednesday, January 6th, 2010 at 10:00 am.  You do not need to read the book prior to the discussion but if you do, don’t be surprised if tears come to your eyes as you read.  The characters in this book are so real that you feel like they are sitting next to you while you are reading. The book gives excellent advice on how to handle the obstacles life throws at us everyday. Also lessons we can learn about life, death, humanity, and the pure love relationship that God (the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit) wants to have with us. Mr. Young has equipped his readers with a foundation on which they can wrestle with the deepest of theological questions; e.g.  How is God present in tragedy?
